STREAM SOCIAL: CEMENTING OUR SOuthern california PRESENCE

pROJECT AT STREAM REALTY PARTNERS

CONCEPT

The event name “Stream Social” was developed to imply this was a more informal gathering compared to other Stream events that where geared toward discussions on industry trends. The event collateral leveraged several existing brand assets — the Stream color palette and city skylines associated with each office, allowing the collateral to be nimble enough to be executed in any of Streams 12 major markets.

The venue also played a major role in associating which market the event was being held in. In the case, the venue had to be distinctly Californian and Tanner’s Treehouse located at the Paseo Hotel and Spa provide the prefect ocean backdrop for Stream Social, Destination SoCal.

PROJECT

Stream Realty Partners wanted to establish a branded, annual event that provided the opportunity to connect with clients face-to-face that the firm had an established relationship with locally or nationally.

Ultimately, the event increased brand awareness and allowed our California based clients to reconnect with local senior leadership and meet all 24 company-wide partners and two co-founders.


role & responsibilities

This project required working directly with the partners from all twelve Stream offices nationwide, the Vice President of Marketing and Co-founders of the company. Responsibilities included design management, concept creation and event branding, event planning, contract and group rate negotiations and day of event setup and execution.

MEASURING SUCCESS

The event was incredibly well received by our clients, as well as the senior leadership at Stream. The event had over 22 different companies in attendance, with a total of 35 clients present. The ratio of client to Stream employees was ideal, with almost a 1:1 ratio making it truly an intimate event.
